The Selvage Denim Straight Pants reinterpret the classic five-pocket jean through Nanamica's philosophy of refining everyday clothing with thoughtful material development.
Made from Nanamica's original selvedge denim, the fabric is woven from a unique indigo rope-dyed slub yarn, developed with recycled polyester wrapped in cotton for the warp, while a vintage-inspired cotton nep yarn forms the weft. The Vintage Indigo colourway highlights the depth of the rope-dyed yarn, allowing the fabric to evolve with continued wear.
Together, the regular straight silhouette and original selvedge denim create a jean that feels rooted in tradition while embracing modern textile development.
