Australia Post Standard: 2-5 Days

DHL Express International: 2-5 Days

Click & Collect

Click & collect orders can be picked up from the selected store during opening hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

International pricing is shown excluding Australian Sales Tax (GST) of 10% which is not payable on international orders.

Orders to the USA and UK are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Applicable Duties and Taxes will be added to your order total at checkout and no further charges will be payable prior to delivery.

For other destinations sales tax, duties and customs charges may be incurred at the destination. Customers are solely responsible for payment of any such fees to complete delivery. Import rules, duty rates and customs charges vary between destinations and we can’t offer advice on expected charges. Please contact your local authorities for information on importing goods.

Refusal to pay local customs charges will result in your order being returned to us. A 10% restocking fee plus an AUD50 return shipping fee will apply in such circumstances.

Tracking

Tracking number/s and link/s will be emailed when your order is shipped. Tracking information is also accessible through your account page (havnstore.com/account) when logged in or via the SHOP App.

If you need to change or update your email address please email support@havnstore.com.

Consolidation

Multiple orders placed within 24 hours of each other with the same delivery address may be consolidated.

Return to Sender

In the event a package is returned to sender, additional shipping may be charged to have the package redelivered.
