The Nam Ou River Trip Pants from Seya are named for the Mekong tributary that runs through Nong Khiaw, the Lao river town that anchors the season. Cut in a silk-blend seersucker with a vertical Lao stripe, the puckered weave keeps the cloth lifted off the skin in heat.
