Heitt Shoes Lead Gray

The Heitt from Ranra translates the brand's outdoor-informed sensibility into a quieter, more considered silhouette. A cow leather upper is set against suede panelling and grounded by a jet-black rubber sole, balancing the technical underpinnings of Ranra's work with the refinement of traditional shoemaking. Straddling London and Reykjavík, the studio continues to find ease in the space between function and form.

• Cow leather upper

Ranra, co-founded by Arnar Mār Jōnsson and Luke Stevens, is a London/Reykjavík design studio specialising in transitional outerwear for both nature and urban settings. Emphasising collaborative work and an expansive view of design, the studio goes beyond clothing, venturing into uniform and textile design, unique construction systems, and furniture manufacturing. The brand harmonises function and form, experimenting with inventive manufacturing techniques and artisanal hand-dyed finishes. Focused on unseen processes and sustainable innovation, Ranra seeks to infuse a human touch into practical fashion.
