The GEL-KAYANO 20 revisits a distance-running design first released in 2013. Its intersecting lines draw inspiration from buildings and cars, reflecting ASICS’ approach to making support structures part of the shoe’s visual identity.

A two-tone mesh upper sits beneath a crisscross TPU FLUIDFIT™ cage, which supports key areas of the foot for a close fit. The Carrier Grey/Carbon colourway gives the layered construction a tonal finish, with an anodised treatment adding contrast to the cage.

Dual GEL™ inserts provide cushioning, while the GUIDANCE TRUSSTIC™ system adds support underfoot. These features bring the original model’s emphasis on comfort and stability into everyday wear.

Founded in Kobe in 1949, ASICS takes its name from the Latin anima sana in corpore sano, a sound mind in a sound body, a principle that has shaped seven decades of performance footwear. SportStyle draws from that same archive, taking silhouettes built for the track, the court and the marathon course and carrying them into everyday wear.
