Processing time
We aim for same day processing of all orders placed by 10am on business days.
Orders placed after 10am weekdays, on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Click & Collect
Click & collect orders can be picked up from the selected store during opening hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
International Orders
International orders are shipped with DHL Express.
Listed prices on havnstore.com include 10% Australian sales tax (GST). GST will be removed from international orders at checkout.
Sales tax, duties and customs charges may be incurred at the destination. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any such fees to complete delivery.
Import rules, duty rates and customs charges vary between destinations and we can’t offer advice on expected charges. Please contact your local authorities for information on importing goods.
Refusal to pay customs charges will result in your order being returned.
Shipping and return costs plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund or credit applied to your order in this instance.
Tracking
Tracking number/s and link/s will be emailed when your order is shipped. Tracking information is also accessible through your account page (havnstore.com/account) when logged in.
If you need to change or update your email address please email store@havnstore.com.
Consolidation
Multiple orders placed within 24 hours of each other with the same delivery address may be consolidated.

RETURNS
Online Returns
Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are NOT offered unless products are deemed faulty.
Store credit will be in the form of a gift card which can be used online or in store. Gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of issue.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, in “as new” condition with all original tags, labelling and packaging intact. Returns are accepted at the discretion of our staff.
Footwear must be returned in original condition with no markings on the sole or upper and must be in the original box from supplier.
Returned items deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged by our returns department will be sent back at your expense.
Socks, underwear and earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Sale Returns
Sale items discounted by less than 40% can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Final Sale items (items discounted by 40% or more) are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance unless faulty.
Sale items with additional promotional discount codes are not eligible for return, exchange or credit unless faulty.
In Store Returns
Items purchased in store may be returned to our physical locations for exchange during opening hours. We do not offer refunds on in store purchases unless goods are deemed faulty.

Return shipping
If your return is approved we will send a return shipping label. Return and exchange shipping will be charged at the following rates.

Items returned without approval
- Ineligible items will be returned to you at your expense.
- Eligible items will be exchanged for a gift card. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
Cancellations and amendments
If you need to amend or cancel an order please email store@havnstore.com as soon as possible. Include your order number in the subject line and desired amendments in the body.
If an order has already been processed we cannot cancel or amend the order.
Unfortunately we cannot intercept packages for redirection once they have been sent.
Orders cancelled prior to shipment will incur a restocking fee of 10% to cover administration costs and non-refundable payment processing fees.
Fit
We are happy to provide additional measurements and advice to assist with decision making. Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that don’t fit.

Damaged or faulty items
If you receive an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please email store@havnstore.com within 7 days with a brief explanation and clear images of the damage/fault.
If the product needs to be returned we will provide a return shipping label.
Each claim will be considered case by case basis in liaison with the manufacturer.
If the product is deemed faulty we will arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is not available you will be eligible for store credit or a refund.
Incorrect items
If you believe you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please email store@havnstore.com as soon as possible. Please include a photo of the incorrect item and the item’s tag showing the barcode.
