Collared Zip Blouson Persimmon Back Denim
The Collared Zip Blouson is a collared interpretation of Aviva Jifei Xue’s signature Track Blouson. Its relaxed, cropped shape brings the familiarity of a casual zip jacket into the designer’s softer approach to proportion.
The cotton denim is woven with persimmon-dyed weft yarn; this introduces warm colour through the construction of the cloth and gives the denim a surface that can continue to change through wear.
An unlined finish keeps the jacket comfortable and easy to layer. The pointed collar, zip front and elasticated hem make the form recognisable, with the persimmon-backed denim giving it a distinct material identity.

ABOUT THE BRAND
Aviva Jifei Xue, a New York-based designer, launched her eponymous label in 2020, drawing deeply from her upbringing between Japan and China. A graduate of Parsons’ fashion design program in 2017, where she specialized in menswear, Xue’s work blends heritage with materiality. Natural fibres—hemp, wool, linen, and silk—are central to her collections, often naturally dyed and adorned with ceramic buttons as a nod to tradition. Her designs emphasize craft and old-world production techniques, utilising antique fabrics and custom-made textiles sourced from generational mills in Japan, resulting in pieces that celebrate timeless craftsmanship.

RETURNS
Online Returns
- Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, in “as new” condition with all original tags, labelling and packaging intact. Returns are accepted at the discretion of our staff.
- Socks, underwear and earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Sale Returns
- Final Sale items (items discounted at 30% or more) and sale items sold with additional promotional discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty as determined by our warranties team.
