The Alpha SV is Arc’teryx’s most protective alpine shell, developed for prolonged exposure to severe mountain conditions.
Highly durable GORE-TEX construction prioritises dependable waterproof protection and abrasion resistance, while articulated patterning allows the jacket to move freely over insulating layers. The hood, pocket placement and adjustments are designed around climbing equipment, keeping essential functions accessible while wearing a helmet, harness or pack.
Within the Arc’teryx system, the Alpha SV sits at the most protective end of the range. It is a specialised outer layer for alpine climbing, winter weather and environments where equipment must remain reliable through sustained exposure.

RETURNS
Online Returns
- Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, in “as new” condition with all original tags, labelling and packaging intact. Returns are accepted at the discretion of our staff.
- Socks, underwear and earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Sale Returns
- Final Sale items (items discounted at 30% or more) and sale items sold with additional promotional discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty as determined by our warranties team.
