Returns Policy In Brief

Within 30 days of delivery: Full-price items can be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Refunds: Unless the item is deemed faulty by the warranties team or a refund is required by law.

Store credit: Issued as a gift card, valid for 5 years and usable online or in store.

Condition: Items must be as new, with original tags and packaging.

Excluded: Socks, underwear and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Sale items: Discounted sales are final. Exchange of size is permitted subject to availability.

Returns are subject to staff approval. Items rejected for wear, missing tags, washing or damage will be sent back at your expense.
