The Aerios 35 extends the lightweight Aerios platform into a volume suited to longer day routes and minimal overnight use.
Its harness is designed to keep the load stable through varied terrain, while breathable contact areas reduce heat build-up during sustained movement. The narrow profile remains easy to move with, and the 35-litre capacity leaves room for additional layers, food and technical equipment without becoming a heavy trekking pack.
Within the Arc’teryx system, the Aerios 35 is the larger fast-hiking pack: supportive enough for a fuller load, but still governed by low weight and efficient access.

RETURNS
Online Returns
- Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, in “as new” condition with all original tags, labelling and packaging intact. Returns are accepted at the discretion of our staff.
- Socks, underwear and earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Sale Returns
- Final Sale items (items discounted at 30% or more) and sale items sold with additional promotional discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty as determined by our warranties team.
- Sale items that are not on final sale can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
