The Recycled 6 Panel Knit Cap in Black by RoToTo is crafted from a blended yarn of Japanese recycled wool and recycled polyester, knitted using special traditional machinery that can only be found in the Nara Prefecture of Japan. The fabric has the heat-retaining, moisture-wicking properties of wool and the quick-drying, durable and lightweight properties of polyester. Finished off with an adjustable strap at the back for a secure and comfortable fit.

Orders placed after 10am weekdays, on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

* International orders with items from multiple locations will be consolidated before shipping adding 1-2 business days to processing time.

Online Returns

• Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
• No refunds unless faulty.
• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, in “as new” condition with all original tags, labelling and packaging intact. Returns are accepted at the discretion of our staff.
• Socks, underwear and earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons.

Sale Returns

• Items discounted by less than 40% can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
• Final Sale items (items discounted by 40% or more) and sale items sold with additional promotional discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty. 

Return shipping

• Charges will be deducted from eventual store credit or invoiced before shipment of exchanged goods.
