The Organic Cotton Blend Crew Socks in Navy/D.Green by RoToTo is crafted from a mix of organic cotton and plastic bottle recycled polyester yarns that has a subtle heather pattern, knitted using special traditional machinery that can only be found in the Nara Prefecture of Japan. The fabric of these socks has both the comfortable feel of cotton and the quick-drying, durable and lightweight properties of polyester. Finished off with a special linking method to make the inside seams flat, increasing overall comfort.

We aim for same day processing of all orders placed by 10am on business days.*

Orders placed after 10am weekdays, on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

* International orders with items from multiple locations will be consolidated before shipping adding 1-2 business days to processing time.

Online Returns

• Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
• No refunds unless faulty.
• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, in “as new” condition with all original tags, labelling and packaging intact. Returns are accepted at the discretion of our staff.
• Socks, underwear and earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons.

Sale Returns

• Items discounted by less than 40% can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
• Final Sale items (items discounted by 40% or more) and sale items sold with additional promotional discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty. 

Return shipping

• Charges will be deducted from eventual store credit or invoiced before shipment of exchanged goods.
