Its crafted with a hi-tech blend of COOLmatic and EXP fabric, resulting in a 3 ply textile that is lightweight, breathable and temperature regulating. Its HOLLOWphorm brim is pliable and perforated, allowing for easy packability and enhanced funcationality. UPF +40 UV protection on the brim and front panel provides ample protection, while an adjustable and stretch strap locks the cap in. finished off with reflective detailing for night visibility.

Ciele is simply different to other athletic brands out there. Orders placed after 10am weekdays, on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Online Returns

• Eligible items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
• No refunds unless faulty.
• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, in “as new” condition with all original tags, labelling and packaging intact. Returns are accepted at the discretion of our staff.
• Socks, underwear and earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons.

Sale Returns

• Items discounted by less than 40% can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
• Final Sale items (items discounted by 40% or more) and sale items sold with additional promotional discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty. 

Return shipping

• Charges will be deducted from eventual store credit or invoiced before shipment of exchanged goods.
