The Storm Flap Overshirt in Penguin by Lemaire is cut to an oversized fit, crafted from a luxurious yarn-dyed wool and cotton twill that is soft, warm and comfortable. The overshirt features a storm flap in the front with integrated patch pockets that add detail, while gunmetal hardware elevates the piece. Finished off with a full snap button closure, buttoned cuffs and a partial viscose back lining for comfort and weather protection.

When will my order ship?

We endeavour to ship all orders placed and paid before 2pm on business days on that same day.

Pre-ordered items will ship upon arrival at our warehouse. We generally only offer pre-orders on items that should arrive in less than 10 business days. We will communicate information on expected delivery dates.

Standard Domestic Shipping - Australia

Delivery on standard shipping varies between 3-10 days depending on your location in Australia. Please visit the Australia Post website for accurate information on expected delivery times for your region.

NB:  Please choose an Australia Post service if your delivery address is either a PO Box or Parcel Locker. Couriers cannot deliver to these addresses.

Express Domestic Shipping - Australia

Express deliveries will be shipped via the Australia Post Express Post service which guarantees next business day deliveries for major metropolitan areas. For detailed information on Express Post delivery times to your area please visit the Australia Post website. Saturday deliveries can now be requested so please add in your order notes if you wish to use this service.

Collect from store

Orders can be collected from H A V N at 200 Gertrude St Fitzroy VIC 3065 during opening hours. You will be contacted by a team member when your order is ready for collection. Not all items are on hand at the store location so please wait to hear from us before coming in to collect. You are welcome to call on 03 8589 7600 during opening hours to check if your order is ready.

International shipping

International orders are shipped exclusively with DHL Express. DHL Express provides fast and reliable service throughout our global network.

Shipping rates do not include customs and duties charges which may be incurred on arrival at the destination country. Payment of any such charges is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Import rules and duty rates on imported items are available from local import authorities in the destination country.

Tracking your item

An email containing a tracking number and link will be emailed when your order is shipped. Tracking information is also accessible through your account page when logged in.

Returns

You are welcome to return your item for exchange of product or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

In the interest of minimising our environmental footprint we do not offer a "shop at home" service. Garment measurements and size charts are provided on all products for assessment of fit.

Please note that as all garments are measured by hand, there may be minor discrepancies in what is described and actual garment measurements. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us here.

We are happy to provide additional measurements on request, but do not offer refunds for sizing or change of mind. 

Returned products must be unused with all original packaging intact to be eligible for exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to facilitate a return of your purchase.

If items are returned without prior notice or communications regarding the return, store credit will be issued.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personal goods such as socks, and hats cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Sale items discounted at 40% or more.

Sale Items

Sale items purchased at a discount of less than 40% are eligible for a return, for an exchange of product or size, or store credit.

Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are ineligible for return of any kind and are final.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the store credit to the purchaser.
