Snow Peak, founded in 1958 in Japan's Niigata Prefecture by Yukio Yamai, boasts a rare legacy spanning three family generations. Yukio's connection to nature, forged through climbing Mt. Tanigawa, inspired the brand's inception, creating quality climbing gear and eventually being a pioneer in the car camping industry in 1980. The brand’s apparel line was established in 2014, producing technical garments that allow the wearer to easily move between urban and natural environments, further deepening their commitment to heritage, nature, and inventive evolution.
