Brownsville Coat Pathfinder
The Brownsville coat is named for the Brownsville Woolen Mill, which was the first mill in the Northwest managed by Pendleton’s founder, Thomas Kay. Made of blanket-weight pure virgin wool/cotton that is still woven in our Pacific Northwest mills. Crafted carefully, with details like a genuine sheep shearling collar, roomy pockets and a generous length to keep you warm all winter long.

Free delivery is offered on orders over $100 with Couriers Please or Australia Post eParcel services. Delivery of orders under $100 will incur a flat charge of $10.
NB: Couriers Please cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers so please choose an Australia Post service.
Express Domestic Shipping - Australia
Express deliveries will be shipped via the Australia Post Express Post service which guarantees next business day deliveries for major metropolitan areas. For detailed information on Express Post delivery times to your area please visit the Australia Post website. Saturday deliveries can now be requested so please add in your order notes if you wish to use this service. Free national express shipping is offered for purchases over $200.
Collect from store
Orders can be collected from H A V N at 63 Brunswick St Fitzroy VIC 3065 during opening hours. You will be contacted by a team member when your order is ready for collection. Not all items are on hand at the store location so please wait to hear from us before coming in to collect. You are welcome to call on 03 8589 7600 during opening hours to check if your order is ready.
International orders are shipped exclusively with DHL Express. DHL Express provides lightning fast and reliable service throughout our global network.
Shipping rates do not include customs and duties charges which may be incurred on arrival at the destination country. Payment of any such charges is the responsibility of the purchaser. Import rules and duty rates on imported items are available from local import authorities in the destination country.
Tracking your item
An email containing a tracking number and link will be emailed when your order is shipped. Tracking information is also accessible through your account page when logged in.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed and paid before 2pm on business days will be sent same day.
Orders are sent Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
Pre-ordered items will ship upon arrival at our warehouse. We will endeavour to provide accurate information on expected delivery dates, but sometimes delays can occur.
HAVN offers a 14 day return policy from purchase date.
Change of mind refunds are available for full priced, online purchases made by credit card or PayPal.
We do not offer refunds on purchases made in-store, Afterpay purchases and sale purchases (Up to 39% off). These purchases may be exchanged for alternative products or a gift card.
No exchanges or refunds are offered on Final Sale items (All items marked down by 40% or more) so please choose carefully and contact us if you are unsure of sizing.
Please contact us here to arrange an exchange or refund before returning your purchase. Returns without prior arrangement may be rejected.
Products must be unused, in "as new" condition with all original packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling expenses and assumes responsibility for the goods until received by HAVN so please return items using a trackable service. Any refunds will be made via the payment method used to purchase and will be processed within one week of receipt of the returned item/s.
Please note, we do not accept returns on socks or undergarments.
HAVN Store offers a one year limited warranty on all products. This warrants against defects in materials or workmanship and is valid from the original purchase date. HAVN will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion if the warranty claim is approved and the item is returned within the warranty period.
If the supplier offers extended warranty terms then we will we extend these to customers as well.
Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, failure to adhere to care instructions, punctures, tears or damage that arise from use of the product for purposes other than those it was designed for. Should your product not be covered by warranty, we will do what we can to help resolve the problem.

Warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. HAVN shall have no liability of any kind for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or expenses that arise from the use of any products. This limited warranty supersedes all other warranties that are associated or included with this product.
We do our utmost to ensure that the correct item reaches you as quickly as possible, but sometimes mistakes can occur. If you believe you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately here. We will provide a shipping label for return postage of incorrectly delivered goods.
